class=\"wp-caption-text\">RECREOVIA<\/p><\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Satisfactoriamente iniciaron el pasado domingo 4 de febrero las Recreov\u00edas del INDERBU en la carrera 27, con un extenso trayecto desde la calle 45 hasta la UIS, incluyendo espacios seguros para ciclistas, caminantes, patinadores, actividad f\u00edsica musicalizada y una gran variedad de actividades, eventos y atenciones en el parque de Los Ni\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>PROGRAMACI\u00d3N DE AER\u00d3BICOS, ACTIVIDAD F\u00cdSICA MUSICALIZADA:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Las tarimas de la Actividad F\u00edsica Musicalizada est\u00e1n ubicadas en la glorieta del Caballo de Bol\u00edvar en la calle 10 y en la calle 45.\u00a0 Los instructores profesionales del INDERBU estar\u00e1n a cargo de:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Aer\u00f3bicos b\u00e1sicos<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Aer\u00f3bicos de combate<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Clase de Tonificaci\u00f3n muscular<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Case de mantenimiento f\u00edsico<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Aer\u00f3bicos para avanzados<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Baile y Rumba<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Recuperaci\u00f3n muscular<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div style=\"width: 640px;\" DE ACTIVIDADES Y ATENCIONES:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En el parque de Los Ni\u00f1os, el INDERBU realiza cada domingo una gran variedad de actividades distribuidas en bases de atenci\u00f3n espec\u00edfica:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Base tonificaci\u00f3n muscular: con TRX, lazos y entrenamiento funcional.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Base recuperaci\u00f3n de juegos t\u00edpicos y tradicionales como trompo, golosa y cuerda entre otras.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Base de juegos pre-deportivos, con competencias rel\u00e1mpago de f\u00fatbol-tenis, voleibol, entre otros.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Base de recreaci\u00f3n dirigida para ni\u00f1os y j\u00f3venes.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Base de habilidades motrices para ni\u00f1os menores de 6 a\u00f1os.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Base de Salud, con el programa de H\u00e1bitos y Estilos de Vida Saludables se ofrecer\u00e1 gratuitamente la atenci\u00f3n en medidas antropom\u00e9tricas, signos vitales, consulta de fisioterapia y nutrici\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">En la calle 10, Caballo de Bol\u00edvar, estar\u00e1 el circuito de aprendizaje de bicicleta y patines<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>RECREOV\u00cdA M\u00d3VIL EN EL NORTE:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A partir del 25 de febrero se inicia la Recreov\u00eda M\u00f3vil en el Norte de la Ciudad, empezando por el turno del Caf\u00e9 Madrid \u00a0y posteriormente el Kennedy.\u00a0 La idea es descentralizar el proyecto llevando deporte, recreaci\u00f3n y sana actividad f\u00edsica a este importante sector de la ciudad.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Descargue aqu\u00ed
