naturaleza y caracter\u00edstica del objeto a contratar por un valor m\u00ednimo mensual a ofrecer de acuerdo a lo indicado anteriormente, seleccionando la propuesta que ofrezca mejor precio para el INDERBU.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>PLAZO DE CONTRATO: DOCE (12) MESES<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>PLAZO PARA PRESENTAR LA PROPUESTA: La propuesta\u00a0deber\u00e1 ser presentada en f\u00edsico, en la oficina jur\u00eddica del INDERBU, calle 7 No 30-140, Coliseo Bicentenario, hasta el d\u00eda:\u00a0SEIS (6) DE DICIEMBRE DE 2022, hora: \u00a04:00 P.M., fecha y hora en que se efectuar\u00e1 el acta de cierre del proceso y se revisar\u00e1 la presentaci\u00f3n de los siguientes documentos seg\u00fan el caso:<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Propuesta que la contralor\u00eda persona natural o jur\u00eddica y de su representante legal.<\/li>\n<li>Certificado de Medidas Correctivas de la Polic\u00eda Nacional de la persona natural o representante
