sectores de la ciudad, se imparten talleres de foami, por su versatilidad para manualidades.\u00a0 En d\u00edas pasados se clausur\u00f3 el taller del barrio Quinta Estrella, donde se certificaron 20 materiales, cajas decorativas multifunciones y mo\u00f1os de colores, hacen que los obsequios tengan un valor agregado; por ello los j\u00f3venes de diferentes sectores reciben capacitaciones y t\u00e9cnicas para elaborar estos productos que se pueden comercializar entre familiares y amigos.\u00a0 El pasado 14 de noviembre, se clausur\u00f3 este taller en el sal\u00f3n comunal del barrio
