VEINTI\u00daN MILLONES TRESCIENTOS VEINTICUATRO MIL OCHOCIENTOS PESOS M\/CTE ($ <strong>21.324.800<\/strong>) incluido IVA y dem\u00e1s impuestos, tasas, retenciones y contribuciones que se causen por
