mencionados escenarios junto con el parque Extremo, se public\u00f3 en la p\u00e1gina <a href=\"http:\/\/www.contratos.gov.co\">www.contratos.gov.co<\/a> el proceso de invitaci\u00f3n p\u00fablica style=\"text-align: justify;\">El plazo de inicio para presentar propuestas es el 19 de noviembre a las 8:00 de la ma\u00f1ana.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<ul
