Bucaramanga-INDERBU, a\u00fana esfuerzos con la Asociaci\u00f3n Colombiana de Universidades-ASCUN, con el prop\u00f3sito de iniciar el proceso de construcci\u00f3n, formulaci\u00f3n e implementaci\u00f3n de una pol\u00edtica p\u00fablica de juventud en la capital santandereana.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_2095\" style=\"width: 881px\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Reuni\u00f3n ASCUN &#8211; INDERBU \/ Pol\u00edtica de Juventud<\/p><\/div>\n<p>La primera etapa del inicio del proceso de construcci\u00f3n de la pol\u00edtica p\u00fablica, que se extiende hasta finales del mes de diciembre, contempla un an\u00e1lisis del contexto con revisi\u00f3n acad\u00e9mica y normativa a nivel nacional, departamental y municipal; del mismo modo, incluye aspectos como la identificaci\u00f3n de actores relevantes en el proceso, abarcando no solamente la poblaci\u00f3n juvenil, sino aquellos aliados fundamentales para la construcci\u00f3n de la pol\u00edtica.<\/p>\n<p>El convenio con ASC\u00daN, incluye aspectos tambi\u00e9n como la identificaci\u00f3n participativa del problema, implementando estrategias de vinculaci\u00f3n activa de los
